P4CC Practice Support Staff Meeting - June 24th
We know the heart of each practice is the office support staff. We would like to coordinate a better partnership between Partnership for Community Care (P4CC) and your practice. We would love to hear your needs, concerns or ideas. There are many ways that P4CC can help support your practice and help your patients live a healthier life.
This will be the first Practice Support Staff Meeting, which we will begin holding quarterly.
Please let us know if there is something specific you would like for us to address at this meeting, we will plan on covering an overview of services and discuss the referral process.
