Early Intervention Program

The goal of the Early Intervention Program is to ensure children fully utilize their medical home for preventative health and sick care services for children ages birth thru 21. Health Check Coordinators assist Medicaid Carolina Access patients with early detection of childhood diseases, ensure that patients receive full knowledge of their insurance benefits and provide necessary information or transportation needs. The counties in our network are Guilford, Randolph and Rockingham.
